- For Kofte/ Pakoras.
- Add grated bottle gourd in a bowl..
- Add gram flour into the bowl..
- Add all the spices mentioned above into the flour by reducing the quantity to 1/4th..
- Add 1/2 cup water to the flour and make a thick paste. Rest in for 10 minutes..
- After 10 minutes, deep fry the koftas in medium hot oil..
- Keep aside the pakoras until the gravy got ready..
- For gravy.
- Saute garlic, onion, green chillies, ginger, tomatoes in oil just for 2 minutes..
